Job Title: IT Help Desk Apprentice

Location: Bolton

Salary: £12,000 per annum

The NFA Group are excited to launch the 'Positive Outcomes' apprenticeship programme. The programme has been specifically designed to create employment opportunities for care leavers, to give young people the opportunity to learn and earn within a supportive team environment.

What will your role be?

This is a fantastic entry level opportunity for anyone who wishes to have a career in an IT Department. You will support the team by:

  • Manage calls, emails and system logged tickets from all colleagues, schools and residential homes, strive to achieve a good first time contact rate with all calls.
  • Own and monitor all calls to resolution, escalating where necessary to line management
  • Maintain a good standard of customer service with all clients to make sure they are informed of all changes to the requests and incidents which have been logged
  • Liaise with regional offices / schools on a regular basis to confirm all systems and services are operating as required.
  • Log all communications on to the incident management system
  • Assist with any tasks as requested by the extended IT team
