E-Learning Designer

About the Role

The E-Learning Designer will work with experts in the organisation to capture their knowledge and convert it into a learning experience. This platform will need to educate our learners whilst also creating an experience they enjoy. A keen eye for detail and design will ensure we create on-brand, beautifully designed courses, which will be loved by learners and stakeholders alike.

Working with the Group Learning and Development Manager you will create a fully blended training approach including eLearning, classroom and web conferencing all managed within the LMS. You will embrace the potential of social, collaborative and community learning methodologies to further develop learning engagement and effectiveness. It is also essential that we can easily monitor and track the performance of our learners so you will have the ability and experience of how to produce a rich selection of default and custom reports.

 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a proven-track record within a similar role. This is an ideal role for a creative individual who is excited to get involved in designing e-learning for the Group. You will be an expert in using Articulate 360 and extensive experience in Learning Management Systems.

You’ll be comfortable liaising with a variety of subject matter experts and key stakeholders to understand their business and people performance requirements, including learning needs analysis In order to ensure learning effectiveness and a demonstrable business impact, the design will be underpinned by an evaluation model.

You should be someone who is a completer-finisher who can take projects on and see them through to a successful outcome.

 

Essential Criteria

  1. Experienced user of Articulate 360 and learning information management systems
  2. Extensive knowledge of digital and e-learning training solutions
  3. Excellent planning and communication skills
  4. Competent in the use of multimedia software with the ability to develop skills in editing images, audio and video clips
  5. Confident to advise on the technology available to internal and external stakeholders
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Can present examples of own work at interview.
