Come and along for a coffee and a chat at Costa Coffee in St Georges Mall, Preston this Fostering February on Tuesday 12th February 2019 between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. You can meet one of our team who will chat with you about fostering and answer any questions you may have! Come along and help us celebrate Fostering February.

We will also have our Fostering February selfie board with us so you can make your pledge to help us raise awareness of Fostering by speaking to two people about Alpha Plus! If you are unable to foster at the moment you can still help these young people find a home.

Currently in Lancashire there are more than 2,500 children and young people living in care outside the family so we need your help. There is a shortage of foster carers to look after some of Lancashire’s most vulnerable children. You can make a difference by becoming a foster carer

We understand that fostering is a huge commitment and before you make a decision to make an application you need a full understanding of what is involved, what type of children might come and live with you, what support and training will you receive and so much more. We can begin to answer some of these questions for you in a relaxed and informal environment.
